1.Let’s talk about a healthy way of life. What do you do keep fit?

Being healthy is important and I am fully aware of it. I live not far from a swimming pool and I regularly attend it. I don’t think that having to lift heavy things can do anyone any good the same goes to any sport game. Muscle strains may lead to different injuries and this is not the way how I understand keeping fit. When you swim your movements are natural you are highly unlikely to overdo it. Apart from that I avoid anything which may do harm to my health and I am very conscious when it comes to choosing what to eat. I simply do my best not to eat junk food. As you see, nothing special, just sound precautions

2. Do you agree that bad habits, like smoking can be dangerous? Why (not)?

It goes without saying that our health is not something which can be lost once and regained later. It is some kind treasure which calls for protecting on a daily basis. I detest those who smoke and see no reasons for doing it. You needn’t have a degree in Biology and Chemistry to comprehend how unhealthy and unhygienic smoking is. Thanks to cigarettes’ ingredients smoking kills those unwise who cant put an end to this stupid addiction. Yellow teeth and bad breathing can’t be cool.

3. What questions can you ask a professional sportsman?

When did you start your sporting career? What is your greatest achievement?

4. What advice can you give a person who wants to lose weight?

Being overweight is a complex problem. What has been gained for a long period of time can’t be lost overnight. First of all, you need to limit the amount of food you consume. You may also need to pay a visit to a dietitian and a psychologist. Physical exercises can also contribute to your weight loss. Swimming is by far the best way to become a little more attractive. While swimming you use all your muscles and overall effect is bound to be more or less visible. Self-discipline and a strong will are what help you to endure all problems and resist various temptations like delicious food.

5. Why is a balanced diet important for your health?

I suppose, our body can be compared to a structure which is building and rebuilding almost all the time. While building something an architect is very choosy when he has to find proper building materials. If a building were created with unsafe improper materials, it would be prone to falling apart at any moment. That is why I am deadly sure of the importance of a healthy diet.

I think that there are three keystones to having a healthy way of life. They are doing sports, healthy eating and avoiding bad habits. As for a sporting activity, choose one according to your overall fitness and increase your workload gradually. As for eating, consult a dietitian and carry out her recommendations to the letter. Avoiding bad habits is as simple as the ABC. DON’T start them.

What is the best way to promote a healthy way of life among young people? Why is it important to stay healthy?

Health can’t be bought so don’t lose what you still have. The sooner you start the more health will be preserved. In my opinion the best way to make young people healthier is to involve them in doing sports. Sport enthusiasts are perfect examples to follow. They care a lot about their health. We should become more cautious about ours as well.

What health problems does fast food lead to? What should you do to avoid them?

The health problems which are caused by fast food are various: extra calories lead to overweight, high cholesterol is a reason for heart problems, blood sugar spikes result in acne and dental problems. The cure is simple cut down on the amount of fast food you consume if you find it impossible not to eat it at all.
