1.Let’s talk about sport and a healthy way of life. What can you do to become a healthier person?

Many people talk about the importance of sport in a life of a person. I partly agree with them. Moderate exercise can help your body wake up and get ready for any challenge. If you don’t keep a balance you will be tired during the day. Think about the food you eat. You can’t deny its importance. If you don’t get vitamins and minerals you may have health problems in the future.

2. Do you agree that bad habits, like smoking can be dangerous? Why (not)?

If you get something to know more about basic chemical ingredients of cigarettes, you will get shocked as they are rich in harmful things and really dangerous. I don’t understand why they haven’t been banned yet. They kill smokers.

3. What questions can you ask a professional sportsman?

Why did you decide to become a professional sportsman? Is doing sport professionally good to your health?

4. What advice can you give a person who wants to lose weight?

I believe there are two main rules: eat less and exercise more. «What you get is what you get back» is true when you talk about relationship between people and I think that it works if we talk about gaining weight. The more food you eat, the more weight you will gain. Doing physical exercises helps to decrease your weight as when you do something physically you use energy which comes from the previously eaten food.

5. Why is a balanced diet important for your health?

By eating we provide our body with some fuel to live on. If the fuel we get is ok, everything is expected to be fine, otherwise you will have problems sooner or later. People often become ill because of bad food. If you are sensible your chances of being healthy are really high.

It also teaches us a very useful lesson: no pain, no gain. If you want to become good at something you have to work hard. You can’t rely on you talents only. There are always people who are as talented as you are. If you wan to be a champion you have no other way apart from doing your best.
