Набор упражнений на словообразование в английском языке. Часть 5.2

Продолжаем публикацию наборов упражнений по словообразованию составленных по мотивам учебника Grammar and Vocabulary for First Certificate, часто используемого многими репетиторами для подготовки к ЦТ по английскому языку. Словообразование это раздел при работе с которым очень важно иметь достаточное количество заданий, содержащих достаточно повторяющийся учебный материал. Надеюсь, предложенные материалы вызовут определенный интерес у участников централизованного тестирования по английскому языку.

Теория к упражнениям на словообразование

В сегодняшнем выпуске рассматриваются следующие примеры словообразования:

  • образование прилагательных от существительных с помощью -ful & -less (careful,careless);
  • образование прилагательных от глаголов с помощью -able & -ible (drinkabke, sensible);
  • а также другие суффиксы как -ive (active), -ous (famous), -ic (heroic), -y (guilty), -ish (childish), -al (national), -ist (elitist), -ant (arrogant), -ent (dependent).
