Well… As far as I can understand there are only two things which can’t be gained if lost. The most obvious is time. You’ll never have another day like today. You may have many other days to follow but they will be different from the one you are about to lose forever. You can count something so the loss of one item of something countable is noticeable. The other one may cause heated discussion. Health is not so easily measured. Sometimes people who look like as healthy as an ox unexpectedly pass away. Without regular medical check-ups you can’t be sure that you are perfectly healthy. It is important to remember that a doctor can lessen the effect of an illness on your health and cure it but any illness does some damage to your health. The damage may seem insignificant but it is irreversible. Remember! Prevention is much more important than cure. If you want to be healthy, you should eat high quality food, drink enough water and avoid things like sleep deprivation and physical and mental overstrains. Don’t forget about necessary physical workout and mental activity.
