Для удобства пользователей все имеющиеся статьи разделены на дополнительные группы по признаку языкового материала в фокусе. На протяжении всей истории развития централизованного тестирования и централизованного экзамена тематические блоки были маркированы различными цифрами. По этой причине нам пришлось отказаться от алфавитно-цифровой нумерации и оставить деление на Часть А и Часть В. Это деление материалов остаётся практически неизменным с 2006 года. Состав и объем частей постоянно меняется, но принцип разделения заданий на выбор варианта ответа и заполнение пропуска остается неизменным. Хотя ЦТ и ЦЭ в первую очередь о лексическом запасе, но мы также отдельно выделили грамматическую составляющую с учётом лексики, типичной для этого мероприятия. Как показывает история запросов к поисковым системам, наибольший интерес представляют такие блоки, как артикли, предлоги и словообразование. Именно им и уделяется основное внимание. На страницах сайта также представлены и другие типы заданий, например, речевой этикет, одно слово для двух пропусков, лексический выбор, хотя их и не выделяли в отдельные группы. Для каждой из этих групп подготовлены как теоретические материалы, так и практические задания с опорой на различные источники полезной информации: ежегодные сборники тестовых заданий, материалы РТ, публикации в профильной периодической печати. Впоследствии добавились олимпиадные задания и популярные пособия, используемые репетиторами и преподавателями курсов. Не остались без внимания и типы заданий, которые на данный момент являются архивными: выбор синонима слова в блоке чтение, заполнение пропусков неслужебными словами в части Б.
